NMC Position

All nurses working in the UK, including those trained abroad, need to be registered with the NMC in order to practice as a nurse in the UK. If you have trained overseas and now wish to practice in the UK you must apply for registration with the NMC.

If you are a Registered Nurse you will need to obtain NMC registration to allow you to practise nursing in the UK. The Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) will process your application.
