We have an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources Advisor based in Hammersmith attracting a salary of £30-35k for the successful candidate dependant on experience.
You will provide a proactive generalist HR support service. The position reports into the HR Manager with a close working relationship with the business unit director and employees.
The candidate will work closely with key managers on strategic, tactical and administrative HR issues. You will have an excellent administrative ability and hold well developed human resource knowledge and skills having the ability to respond to all situations that deal with anxieties and issues of a problematic nature.
Within this role you should be able to or already have experience of how to initiate and drive forward strategies, policies and procedures in all relevant areas including:-
Headcount and resource requirements monitoring
Performance management (including health/absence; disciplinary & grievance issues)
Learning & Development
Compensation and benefits management
It is essential that the successful candidate has previous experience in a HR role dealing with professional staff/consultancy in an advisory capacity, with the aptitudes listed below as desirable:
Chartered MCIPD or Grad CIPD or (or equivalent) or working towards
Sound knowledge of current UK employment law procedures, processes and best practice HR
Good administration/organisation ability with ability to manage large volumes of work
