Cosmetic Surgery Nursing
We are featuring Cosmetic Surgery and Aesthetics Nursing this month and will be holding a number of nursing information sessions and presentations at our Knightsbridge Offices in London over the coming weeks.
Our client is prepared to offer suitable candidates extensive training in order to work successfully within cosmetic nursing.
Typically you will be trained to carry out the following care and treatment: medical micro-dermabrasion, laser hair removal, photo-rejuvenation therapy, peels, dermal fillers, pre and post operative assessments and assisting surgeons during consultations and treatments.
This is essentially a commercial role that involves selling surgical and non surgical procedures, treatments and products to clients through consultations.
About Cosmetics/Aesthetics nursing
The surge in popularity over the past twelve months for cosmetic/aesthetics interventions, both invasive and none-invasive, has created a demand for skilled and presentable specialist nurses within this industry.
We are seeking nurses who feel they have a flair for sales and would like to take up the challenge of working in this interesting environment. Typically the treatments you provide are not life saving but could be life changing.
The positions we have on offer are well paid and there is an opportunity to exceed earnings through bonuses.
In terms of location, we have openings in clinics across London and the UK. The clinics are well resourced and provide a perfect working environment.
We are seeking both agency and full time staff.
Our client’s services are purely medical led. As a specialist nurse within Aesthetics and Cosmetics Nursing you will have the time to take full medical histories and answer questions on the range of treatments/interventions while being supported by an experienced nursing and medical team.
You will be working in a dynamic and cosmopolitan environment. You will be able to follow up on your patient's progress post treatment as you encourage them to return for future treatments. Induction and training is extensive – and if you have management aspirations then you will have the opportunity to undergo management training and go on to run your own clinics.
Nurses have reported that the surgeons and nurses work cohesively creating a strong team spirit and there is a real opportunity to develop a career in a very supportive environment.

Positions vary - You may be running your own clinic or acting as a nurse advisor within a large clinic. You may be a field based Nurse that involves travelling to different locations to provide consultation services.
