Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible to the Company Directors and is required to provide effective clinical and managerial leadership to nursing and support staff ensuring the effect delivery at all times of high quality nursing care and responding to changes in patient needs and service level requirements as appropriate.  You should be able to facilitate effective communications with all disciplines, at all levels.  Be able to contribute to the general management through membership and business teams and to assist in the development of future projects and raising the Company profile. Essential criteria: RGN 1st level with NMC Registration Evidence of 1st  line management training Evidence of a teaching/assessing qualification, for example - 998  Minimum of 5 years experience post qualifiaction At least 2 years experience of managing nursing teams in an acute or community care setting Current experience with venepuncture and cannulation Car driver with access to a vehicle Ability to be mobile across geographical areas as workload arises
